Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting your type of carpeting and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be pre-vacuumed to remove soil with a “Hepa” vacuum. The vacuum has 3 filters and is the most environmentally safe vacuum on the market.
Sep 3: Furniture Moving
Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as; beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china cabinets and other liability prone items are left in place under our regular pricing structure.
Step 4: Pre-Spot Treatment
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal. Each spot will be treated with our spot removers and lightly brushed.
Step 5: Hot Water Extract
After the soil has been loosened, our high powered extractor will extract all dirt and soil from your carpets. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. Our portable extractors can easily get to any apartment, room, or area.
Step 6: Spin Bonnet Shampoo
This is where we separate ourselves from other companies. We then go over all your carpet area with high speed spin bonnet. This process helps remove any left over stains, dirt or cleaning chemical residue from your carpet. While at the same time absorbing the hot water used in the extraction process.
Step 7: Post Spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed after a through cleaning. Note: This excludes permanent stains that are identified by our service technician in the pre-inspection.
Step 8: Speed Dry
High velocity air movers will be placed in the room after they are finished to help increase drying time
Step 9: Post Inspection
Please walk through your home or business with our friendly staff to inspect our work and to let us know that you are satisfied. We now ask that you sign our service invoice.
